How long does it take to go live?

Less than 10 minutes on Shopify (one-click app). WooCommerce, Magento and Shopware connect via plug-in or snippet in under 30 minutes—no developer needed.

Is homie AI GDPR- and EU AI-Act compliant?

Yes. Data is hosted in EU data centres, encrypted at rest and in transit. We log model inputs/outputs for transparency, offer a Data-Processing Agreement (DPA) and provide opt-out tools required by the AI-Act.

What languages are supported?

Out of the box: 15+ languages including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch. The model auto-detects the shopper’s language and can switch mid-conversation.

Can we integrate our ERP, PIM or pricing engine?

Absolutely. The Enterprise plan exposes REST and GraphQL endpoints plus a no-code rule builder to inject custom prices, margins, ranking boosts or exclusion rules.

What happens when the bot can’t answer

homie escalates to a human agent with full chat history and intent tags via Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk or your custom help-desk API. Visitors never hit a dead end.
